Casa Gradisca, an old fisherman’s house built at the end of the 19th century, includes a wonderful roof terrace and is centrally located in a one-way street. A supermarket and other shops are just around the corner.
The high cane ceilings, the beautiful stone facade and the blue and green shutters create the unique charm of the vacation rental. Another feature are the stone walls inside Casa Gradica.
You enter Casa Gradisca in the tastefully furnished and carefully decorated living room. One of the two large sofas can be transformed into a sleeping place for a third person. A TV and air conditioning with cooling and heating function are also at your disposal.
The dining area and kitchenette are located on a slightly raised level and separated from the living area by a small railing.
The beautiful bathroom of the holiday home is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet.
From the cozy bedroom with double bed, the stairs lead to the partially covered 20 m² roof terrace with sea view, where the cacti create a Mediterranean atmosphere and the outdoor shower might be welcome on warm days.
The washing machine, which is located under the stairs, is very convenient especially if you intend to stop for a while.
