Casa Conti is an elegant pied à terre located in the historic center of Scicli, overlooking Largo Gramsci, in the presence of a majestic carob tree whose fronds stand out on the hill of S. Matteo which takes its name from the late Baroque church that dominates Scicli. These are newly renovated and air-conditioned rooms, equipped with all the necessary comforts to make your stay in Scicli pleasant and relaxing.

Casa Conti consists of a hospitable and large courtyard paved with the original pavement dating back to the early 1900s, equipped with a gazebo with table and armchairs that offer the possibility of being able to dine outdoors. On the courtyard, separated by a large window, the kitchen and a living room with a stone wall, bright, furnished in a sober style that combines valuable period furniture and the modern; on the same level there is the bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower. The double bedrooms have been created in the basement connected by an internal staircase, which is particularly cool in the summer season. This basement has an entrance, which leads to the bedrooms, made bright by a glass roof and is furnished with an elegant Art Nouveau sitting room.
